@Googum–They're fairly sturdy. I suppose the most fragile part would be the clips, but unless your kids are smacking 'em around, I think they'd hold. Then again, I don't have any kids, so I don't know the extent of their destructive power…

As I read this post, I noticed on my desk the Jim Lee box set Superman, that "flies" via a big steel rod, was way off center. Like Superman's facing some wind shear today. Those stands look pretty good now. I'd just be worried about breakage, either by me or the kids.
