realistically, the BB batman shoudln't have a neck joint. but i'm glad they did. i enjoy these elusive figures. months back, pegs were teaming with these movie masters. then a month later, the vanished. after the phenomenal movie, i expected the pegs to be exploding with these figures, but nothing. nothing.

not one or even the label over the peg that says movie masters $11.49. nowhere. i have looked and called different places and they answer me if i asked them if i had prince albert in a can.

i have to say finding a fear toxin bats or unmasked bats won't happen in south texas. mattel's chase figures are impossible to find. thats a bad thing to me, but i do appriciate the ones i do have. great job mattel and 4 horsemen!

I watched the 1989 Batman last night (and man, it's been a long time since I've seen that), and now I want a Movie Masters Keaton Batman more than ever! While I think the BB/TDK suits are the most realistic and functional, the Keaton suit has a great look.

They can keep Kilmer and Clooney, though.

Monte, the Japanese Move Realization Dark Knight fig should be somewhere in the 7 to 8 inch scale, if you absolutely must stick to that kinda size.

Not that I'm trying to give you reasons not to get the Movie Masters.

Incidentally, has anyone noticed how the rubber cape on the TDK Movie Master Bats' shoulders makes his neck disappear a bit too much? Eventually, I cut off the rubber cape on mine, and glued on a cloth cape… Overall appearance seems a lot more balanced now.

Hmm… how would these guys look, I wonder, scale-wise, next to the NECA Ninja Turtles…?

Christ, I gotta stir up some resolve re: sticking with collecting only 8"-scale toys!

But Dark Knight was such a seductive flick that I kinda want a souvenir.

These guys really are spectaular toys, just make sure you switch the forearms on BB.
