@Newt: He's an "Alien Demon" from the Blackstar toy line of the early 1980s. The little guys were a pack-in with the villain figures.
There's a very specific reason I chose the Alien Demon–which I'll reveal next month
I reccommend you re-order the list of guesses into chronological order – that would make picking dates that haven't been chosen that much easier for us more contemplative (read: lazy) readers
