Odds ‘n Ends > Ecks vs. Sever

ODD: Apologies for the lack of an update yesterday. I had jury duty, or rather, I sat around for hours and then was sent home. I swear I do have a backlog of ideas for entries, but a rather sudden rush of other toy-related assignments has distracted me.
END: I won’t get into why–it’s a long story, judging from Thomas’s posts over on Fwoosh–but it appears I won’t be receiving my case of DCUC Series 4 until sometime in October now. So once again, I was prepared for one date, got my hopes up for an earlier date, then had them dashed again by Mattel. Of course, we’ll see if I even get the case in October. At least this crap should end with Series 6, which will be made to order for the online retailers. Fortunately, I’m more than happy just playing with ol’ Deathstroke.
ODD: I decided to give Odds n’ Ends its own category, just in case you wanted to review an archive of my random thoughts.
END: I’m looking for an unmasked Deathstroke from DCUC Series 3. I’m happy to pay/trade for it, and loose is fine. If you can help me out, drop me an email.
ODD: I’m considering putting together some sort of digest or newsletter for PGPoA. It would be a sort of potpourri, with links to the week’s posts, some links and other news I want to highlight, and such forth. Would anyone be interested in such a thing, or would you prefer just to just use the RSS feed? I know I tend to delete newsletters out of my inbox with hardly a glance, but then, most of them are just glorified corporate junk mail.
END: At the suggestion of Dr. Mrs. Ghostal, I’m toying (rdrr!) with having occasional blog posts where I offer some of my toys for sale/trade. I’m also considering just offering “grab bags” a la X-Entertainment. Anyone interested?

if i ever see a Maskless deathstroke on the peg, I’ll snag one for you. Sorry you got screwed with your case man. I totally was the opposite as i WANTED the L case but Thomas of CSC said that the L case might go the way of the Jason Firestorm cases and so i just decided to ride it out. Luckily, ETC got the L cases in and I was totally covered. I also bought a Batman Beyond from Impulse Creations (C+S basically) to complete my set. I totally lucked out with this wave.

@Chuck20: I might have gotten one of next week’s L cases, but I want the K case. I’ve decided not to go completist on this line, and Artemis is one of the figures I don’t want.
So, a little patience is required on my part, but otherwise I’m all set
And thanks to you and Pete for keeping an eye out for a maskless DS! I don’t hold out much hope I’ll ever get one, but fingers crossed.

Hahaha… did you mean for Dr. Mrs. Ghostal to sound like Dr. Mrs. The Monarch? Because it does.

Yes… sale/trade is good. Hmm, might do that myself instead of announcing someone isn’t showing up anymore in the comic lol

Unmasked Deathstroke in IN STOCK at Impulsecreations.net as of 1:04pm CST. He’s $18.99, but IMO, worth every penny.
