  • Great photo. Did you paint the face? Yours does not look as red around the eyes as the first few pics look. I need to get one.

  • It's not my photo–it's a photo of a production figure by P. Gayatin. And I don't believe he painted it, no. If you click on the photo, he has more images on his Flickr account.

  • These are very tempting to buy considering the nostalgic feelings i have for MOTU but it's not up to my standards for a $20 price tag. The beastman looks a lot better than the he-man! Really tempted but what's the line without he-man so I'm passing on Beastman.

  • You know Chris, you make a good point. It's almost wrong to have any He-Man figures without having He-Man himself.

  • I don't know. I'm inclined to agree, but villains have notoriously been more aesthetically interesting than the heroes. Then again, it'd be like having the keys to a Corvette, but no Corvette.

  • Yup Paul! I don't know…I think the line would have gathered more sales if they combined both 80's and 2002 versions.

    I love both!

Personally, I like the King Greyskull look with the fur cape and all. I always thought that's how heman should've looked even when i used to watch the 80's toons. Plus, a little longer loin cloth would be a bit better too. lol
