Meh, GI Joe is underrated. It's not great, but it's not as bad as it's made out to be.

I recently watched Garbage Pail Kids again though... Oh my god. Worst movie ever. I found a video store that just happened to have it and only having cloudy memories of my childhood, I decided to rewatch it. Just atrocious on every level possible.

Cabbage Patch Kids had some movies I think, I don't even think they had a real cartoon come to think of it. I used to torment my sister's Teddy Jefferson doll. Also there are tons of Cabbage Patch Kids coloring pages, dolls, and DVDs over at Juniortoons.com if anyone is interested.

Was the Care Bears movie mentioned above the one where there's a devil-kid (like in The Omen) who goes to a summer camp? I seem to remmeber that one being called Care Bears 2(with a subtitle) for some reason.

Optimus Prime's heroic death at the end of the first act still gets me misty eyed.

And Frank Langella IS a god!

I still have GoBots and the Rock Lords on Betamax, right after Willow (I miss those three-hour tapes). Unfortunately I don't have a working machine anymore. I had a couple of GoBot toys and hated them, their transformations were terrible. However, I miss my Rock Lords, Granite and Nugget went the way of a garage sale like most of my childhood memories.

Yes, it's a bad film, but I still love "WAAAASSSSSSSSSS ONNNNCCCCCCCCEEEE A MAAAAAAAANNNNNN" for all the wrong reasons. Chris Latta was amazing and if not for the indelible impression he made on my young mind I'm not sure I'd have even started collecting Transformers.
