They were part of a set called "The Roswell Aliens" from the mid-to-late 1990s. You can find the extra-large (6") one on eBay, who's articulated, but I can't seem to find the package I bought, which came with both the big one and a couple of the little ones.

If your giving extra points for anyone who knows what the thing in the alien's hand is, I win. It is a weapon (a combination tire iron/crowbar) of the main villain from the Robocop cartoon show back in the early 90s. Man, seeing that brings back memories.
