When I emailed for status last week, they said they were waiting for the last figure to ship from Mattel, so I would guess that the cases are by character. It's Matty, so who the hell knows what they're doing. @Stranger

They had Deadman and Question in first then the others a couple weeks later. Makes me wonder 1) how are the online stores ordering these? by the casepack (1 of each character) or cases of each individual character? and 2) how is Mattel shipping these? if they are being ordered by the casepack (1 of each) then how are they shipping only part of the case? I know Mattel is offering to allow retailers to order cases of each character but why are they shipping these before the complete set casepacks?
