By definition those are the figure that DON'T match what's on the box and in some cases they're vastly different than just a simple repaint. I also disagree that "anyone with eyes" would be able to see the Dewback switch. I think this is more of a case of being so immersed in Star Wars knowledge that you're unable to actually step outside yourself and look at it like a layperson. Then there are people who don't care and/or don't want to start something with the customer. There's a good chance that some unwitting parent will buy the swapped-out toy anyway, right? So in theory the store isn't losing a dime. I'm not defending this asshole, merely saying there isn't an easy way to stop this.
