@Newton Gimmick: Hey,I've been saying the whole time that if MOTUC were avaiable at retail,I'd have a whole set. They're great figures,but unfortunately I don't have 30 dollars to spend on a 6 inch action figure every month,nor do I feel I should have to hit refresh on my browser during a one hour window of sale for said 6 inch figure.

Awesome idea! I love ALF! But it would have to be a 5 pack, to be sure.

I read somewhere that the Superman in the 2pk will be a lighter blue than the previously released Gotham City 5 and All-Star figures.

As a MOTU nerd, you’re probably not surprised to hear that I’m happy that MOTU is gaining ground, but I’d much rather it be as by iits lonesome than with DC toys I don’t want (although I’ll probably but it just for the comic, since any comic where Superman is afraid He-Man is going to kill him sounds like the awesomest thing ever to me). Right now, we knopw that He-Man will have a glowing yellow power sword to set him apart from the Matty Collector releases, and that there’ll be another DC/MOTU 2-pack with Skeletor and an unknown DC figure. @MysteryD8: I'm mildly intrigued by these; but a Superman and Muhammad Ali set would have me bouncing off the walls like an 8 year old kid gooned on Pop Rocks and Coke. Also, thanks for the laugh, Snakeeyes22; the thought of a GB/Alf set- well, an anything with Alf set is both hilarious and awesome.

I'm with jestergoblin, the more TRU can reach out to collectors the better. I only spend money there because I can find NECA figures that aren't carried anywhere else. I'll probably pick this set up depending on what Superman looks like (I hope he looks just like he does in the Gotham City 5-pack)

Don't need the comic, can't stand Superman, don't like that He-Man's colors. Thank God, finally something I can easily pass on!

I do hope though, that those sets perform well. And that Mattel somehow manages to offer international collectors a chance to order them.
