Win a Keldor – Part 2!

Thanks again to all who entered our “Tweets from Snake Mountain” contest last week. That contest’s winner has already been chosen, but thanks to Poester misterbigbo, we have another Keldor to give away!

This contest is even easier. All you need to do is post a comment below naming the unannounced Masters of the Universe character you most want to see in Classics. The winner will then be selected at random from all the comments.

  • Leech… I can't help it. I just want that guy. I loved his toy when I was little even though it was useless, sticking it to random windows was still awesome!

  • Rio Blast! The line already consist of giants, ape, evil dentists, warriors and sorcerers. It's time for the cowboy to arrive.

    Don't really know why. His toy just really appealed to me as a kid, and the colour scheme was pretty awesome too.

    But Two-Bad and Leech, mentioned above, are right up at the top of my list.

  • Mosquitor is the one character I'm looking forward to the most. Hopefully without the awful staction additions to him. Yuck.

  • Out of all the characters I want, I think a new Classics-Scale Sorceress is at the top of my list.

  • Ram Man was always a favorite figure as a kid and I'd love to see what Matty could do with him. And I've always wanted a fully articulated version of him.

  • I'm torn—there are many favorites out there (including King Hsss, Modulok, and more)–but I think I have to go with Ram Man. I like the big, beefy types after all :)

  • Obviously not an entry, but I can't believe (well, I can but wish I hadn't) I forgot Modulok. I came across him years after the fact, and despite not owning a single other MotU figure, I still wanted one.

  • Mine is Rattlor. He was a HUGE favorite of mine. I can't wait to see how they will make him into a MOTUC

  • Gotta agree with BigHobbit: Classics-Scale Sorceress! I was always a big fan of her in the TV series.

  • Ever since He-Man made his Classics debut, I've wanted Ram-Man, he was my all time favorite growing up. I just hope they can incorporate his action feature since it was so integral to his character.

  • Mantenna, baby! Six articulated legs and swappable eyes would be sweet.

    Never happen, I'm sure, but it would be great for him to become a reality after all these years. And the backstory of what happened to the guy who won that contest is so crazy!

  • Panthor. I need an updated evil big purple cat. Preferably flocked, but none of this flocked-ears or un-flocked ears nonsense.

  • Entrapta – very curious to see how she's dealt with – actual Horde memeber or rogue Horde ally . . .

  • Modulok!
    I've never had him. He came out towards the end of my MOTU interest, and looked like a ton of fun, but also too dumb and awkward looking to sacrifice a new Transformer or G.I.Joe acquisition for.

    I'd love to see the 4H make him look awesome and I'm curious about how they'll do him, since there doesn't seem to be any clever way to save tooling costs aside from some sharing with Multi-bot or packaging him as a $30-$40 quarterly beast.

    Man-E-Faces, Mekaneck, we know they're coming and can guess how they'll look. Modulok is a total mystery and would be a childhood fascination fulfilled.

  • Hurricane Hordak was one of my favorites as a kid: I'd like to see him again.

  • MAN-E-FACES! but mattel would find a way to screw him up ala battle armor he-man. still!!!

  • Mosquitor. He's the one guy I kept out even when all the other MotU went into storage. And he sure as hell better have some kind of blood function or Matty's gonna get it…

    On a side note, I always get a kick out of reading through responses like these because they remind me of characters I've completely forgotten about over the years. Of course then it just makes it harder to chime in because I'm suddenly going, "Oh yeah! I'd love to see that one too…"

  • I really have been looking forward to Buzz-Off. It was one of my favorites from the vintage line and I can't wait to see what the 4H do to it.

  • Please don't count this since I won the last contest and it wouldn't be fair…..but I want MOSQUITOR!

    Since they aren't doing action features I hope Mattel has something good up their sleeves for his blood-pumping goodness.

  • I'd love to see New Adventures He-Man more than about anything, there's so many great possibilities to give him a fresh kind of look while paying homage to the cartoon and toy!

  • Another vote for Modulok. That dude is the bee's knees, and I only got him just last November.

    Sy-klone is my easy 2nd though.

  • Well my first thought is Rock People, followed by Fisto. Then thought, what about the Meteorbs but definitely Fisto!

  • I’d like to see Two-Bad. Alas, he/they are rather beyond hope with this line’s mode of operation.

  • Stinkor! They already have his head made…he would be a perfect fit with moss man.

  • I don't care what anyone may say, I want DEMO-MAN. I just hope he has the Skeletor parts Keldor didn't use (spiked forearms, clawed hands and feet), to better represent the fusion between the two.

  • I would love to see Matty put out a classics version of Saurod. The film version of Skeletor would also rock, but I think they've said Mattel doesn't own the rights to that design.

  • Stinkor! I would prefer he didn't have his scent though. that's one "action feature" I could do without.

  • I really want Bow, but there's definitely a bunch mentioned that I'm also watering at the mouth for.

  • Mekaneck! And please let them do his action feature justice… Man-E-Faces as a close second.

  • Extendar. In an evolutionary line, this is one engineering challenge that could be revolutionary.

  • I remember having this one yellow and blue dude when I was a kid, with a hologram chest. I used to pretend he was Captain Planet's evil twin, I want that guy.

  • I know everyone is wanted the favs, but I would have to say Snout Spout.

  • I've been picky with this line because of the price, but I've gotta get Fisto (Battle Fist?) when he comes out.

  • Leech. Always a facorite, and the suction cup action is a MUST!

  • It's kind of a toss-up between the Sorceress and Ram Man, but I'll go with the Sorceress.

  • I think I'd like to see a Ram-man the most. Up there on the list are Sy-Klone and Battle Lion.

  • Ram Man was one of the characters I always remembered from the cartoon and was a toy that I wanted as a kid but never got, so I'd have to put my vote there. Mekaneck was a close second though…

    The Faceless One is confirmed for May 2011. They announced it waaaaaaay back in a Matty Q&A and a moderator on the Matty boards recently confirmed it. (Not saying your entry shouldn’t qualify of course :-) I don’t think everyone’s picked up on that news yet.)

    Anyhoo, Clawful was always my favorite as a kid. Bring him on, baby!

  • Mosquitor. He was my favorite as a kid and I'm still bummed my cousin broke it. The only problem is a MOTUC Mosquitor probably won't have the blood pumping feature that made the original figure so cool.

  • I think there should be an exclusive Dolph Lundrun figure or any of the characters from the Masters of the Universe movie. Yeah the movie was cheesy but I think that Gwildor might be a really cool exclusive. Just and idea.

    Good to see He-Man figures being made.

  • Definitely want to see a Sy-clone. Without a doubt one of the most under-rated heroes.

  • My top choice would be Man-E Faces with well, many faces. :)

    Filmation Sorceress a close second.

  • Fisto! He was always my favorite. I finally snagged a vintage one in decent condition; now we need the Classics version!

  • I know filmation characters are off the table right now, but I really want a Sea Hawk figure!

  • The Sorceress to complete my most wanted list, but Ram Man because of his name. The man likes to ram it in there.

    Also I'd like another SPACE MUTANT!!!

  • Buzz-Off is the guy I'm most looking forward to. I can't wait to see what the 4H come up with. The millenium version is probably one of my favorite figures ever, and I am really excited to see him in the MOTU Classic asethetic.

  • I'd love to see Man-E-Faces. He was a figure that I was fascinated with when I was young, becuase it was almost like getting 3 figures for the price of 1. It didn't matter that the idea of the figure wasn't the most practical (change his face and no one will recognize him!), it was what I made him out to be in my mind.

  • I'd like to see a Tri-Klops variant with his outfit from the mini-comic "The Terror of Tri-Klops." Purple armor with horizontal green stripes, green dags around his shoulders, baldric with green and orange spots across his chest, and a steel sword with a yellow hilt. Even though I liked Tri-Klops, it always bothered me that he didn't match the comic.

  • I want the Horde Trooper, and I suspect/hope that might be the army builder pack they have already announced.

  • A new adventures of He-Man Sagitar would make for one amazing deluxe figure

  • Well, as of 07.05.2010 1:00pm, Man-E-Faces is taking the lead with 13 votes! Runner up is Ram Man with 12. Clawful, Modulok, and Sorceress are coming in with six votes each. Buzz-Off, Fisto, Leech, and Stinkor are coming in with 5. Finally, King Hiss, Mosquitor, Roboto, Spikor, and Two-Bad have four votes each.

    I'm glad to see Dragstor, Ninjor, and Clamp Champ getting some love. Also New Adventures, Flogg and Slushhead too.

    I LoL'd at Det. Lubic. That will be a Sub Bonus figure or something! ;-)

    The thing with MOTU is that its always been greater than the sum of its parts, so of course I'm inclined to want ALL of them.
