Toys R Us in Totowa, NJ. This one is Hyperion from the Marvel Legends Hit Monkey series. Someone perfectly traced the outline of the figure using most likely a razor blade it seems. Doing so, pulled out the figure completely. Leaving only the top piece of his cape and BAF parts in the package. Seems like trolls don’t want to pay for Hyperion as they want the Sentry variant, I guess. Ugh Trolls!
