New poll – MOTUC SDCC exclusive

I’ve got a new poll up on the sidebar, soliciting your opinion on what you think would make for a good Masters of the Universe Classics SDCC exclusive. It occurred to me that MOTU had some storied figures–such as He-Ro, Tytus & Megator, and Fearless Photog–who would make for amazing exclusives.

In case you’re unfamiliar with some of them, here are some links to more info:

I’ve got to give my #1 pick to Megator, because I love giant monster toys. After that, though, I’ll go with He-Ro, then Photog, then Tytus and finally the Sorceress (who I’m guessing would probably be a regular figure in the line, given a long enough life).

Sorceress! I hope she looks close to the 200X design stylistically though.

  2. We need a Fearless Photog!!! I would also love them to make a "Wonderbread" or "Savage" He-Man variant.

These characters are steeped in mystery (WB's origins and the fate of FP's creator)and they'd be great nods at the underground aspects of MOTU collecting lore.

  3. Megator, if only to have another monster for my Sigmas to fight.

  4. He-Ro is pretty obviously going to happen at some point.

They should make Photog though, that poor guy deserves it.

  5. Lamer than Fisto? Or any assorted names ending with "Man"?

He-ro, the lamest name in the Universe all the way, just to see what the 4H would make of him. Megator would be fun but I can't see Mattel spending that kind of money yet.

Sorceress will be in the regular line if it lasts long enough.

  7. I had to go with He-Ro, gotta complete the Grayskull family!

I think Sorceress should be in the regular line, but we prolly won't get her for a year or more, that is if the line survives.

If they made Photog I wonder if that kid would get any residuals! 😉

I went for Sorceress becuase thats honestly the only character I would probably spend money on based on my interest in the line… Photog was close though, but i think the '02 would have been great for him… would have been very cool to see what the 4h would have done with him
