Just a quick note for those of you participating in the contest (for which entries are now closed, btw).

In a post on the Fwoosh forums, Thomas from Cornerstorecomics writes: “We MAY have these around Feb 1st (according to [Mattel’s] current estimate).”

I’m wondering if that isn’t a typo and he meant March 1st–otherwise, the toys would have to be practically at the docks already. But if this is true, it will be a very easy victory for Shocka.

But whoever wins, fear not, you’ll get another chance–I’ll be doing the same contest for wave three of the figures as well, which is due in April/May, and every wave after that. As long as I’m getting an extra figure (which isn’t a variant I want), I’ll be offering it up in a contest.
