Poe Ghostal: Are earlier versions of characters, such as a Dick Grayson Robin, a possibility for inclusion in DCUC?
Mattel’s Scott Neitlich, a.k.a. “ToyGuru”: Yes.
Does Mattel still plan to get DCUC waves 4-6 out by Christmas?
We will be producing all of these waves but they may not all hit before Xmas. We had a few delays this year due to switching vendors but we are now back on track and cranking them out as fast as they will sell!
If trenchcoated figures are introduced into DCUC, will the coats pliable be so as to preserve articulation?
Likely yes.
King Grayskull’s loincloth isn’t very pliable, preventing him from being able to, say, sit on a throne. Will future MOTUC figures have this issue as well, or could the loincloths be made from the same material as DCUC capes?
King Grayskull’s loincloth is a bit longer then a standard MOTUC figure, so this won’t be an issue with He-Man or Skeletor.
On Mattycollector.com, the MOTUC He-Man is said to come with “the Sword of Grayskull as both a full sword and the light half of the Power Sword.” Does this mean he’ll have a sword that will split in half, or that he will come with a sword like King Grayskull’s and also a half-sword?
The latter. He will have a complete sword and a half sword like the vintage He-Man came with.
