Remember when I whipped you all up into a frenzy about the big AT-AT (especially you Mr. Topless Robot? hehe)? Well, there’s more rumors spreading across the net on what this thing might look like and if true, we could be looking at one of the coolest toys ever:

According to this eyewitness account, it looks like a Turbo Tank on legs, with an interior similar to the inside of the Turbo Tank, but with 2 levels, opening doors, a gun rack, and an underside hatch for Luke to slice into. There are 2 strings that come out of a side panel like on a rescue helicopter. The neck seal is rubber, and the head holds 6 figures inside, including General Veers. Plus, the rear opens for a Blizzard Force speeder bike.

If it’s as big as rumored it’s not just big, it’s friggen HUGE! Here’s a picture that should give you some sort of idea on size:

Imagine that with a head and some legs and you’ve got one huge toy. You can also check out a rumored picture of the thing here, but it doesn’t give any sense of scale. It is also not painted and there’s some pretty bad lighting, so it looks completely unimpressive, even if it is the real deal.

Now remember, this is all speculation at this point. Many of the rumors that hit about the big Millennium Falcon before its premiere were proved false, but many were also true. Somehow I doubt the head would fit six figures, considering you only see three in the cockpit in the movie. Still, even if half the rumors of this thing are true then we are still dealing with one hell of an amazing toy.
