Its a shame I can't even find Wave 8 yet! I was down in Eastgrenwich, RI for a graduation party and stopped at the Wally Super Center in Coventry, and alas, no Wave 8's, still on wave 7 there. Maybe by August! 😉

This line-up has been rumored for quite awhile, albeit oddly missing the expected Forager figure. Since only 6 are listed, and we’ve been told this would be a 7 figure wave, we’re assuming that Forager will be in there. Since the listed Batman will be a variant, much like last year’s Eradicator Superman, I’m making a guess that it might be a simple repaint to make a classic "Bob Kane" Batman.
**Update** Confirming that Forager WILL be in that assortment.

I've been going back and looking at those pics a few times daily since they were posted a couple of days ago. They made me a lot more excited about wave 9 than I was; wave 8 was my favorite since wave 3, and the "newness" still hasn't worn off of those yet for me, so I wasn't really anticipating Wave 9 too much before I saw these pics. Deadshot is still my number one want from this wave. He looks perfect. And I'm not a MOC collector, but it's mighty tempting to pick up an extra Green Arrow to display that way, as he looks so cool in that package!

@Santo, my parents say the same thing….I don't smoke or drink alcohol at all, if I want to spend my hard earned money that I have saved on figures or anything else cool its my decission. At the end of the day our collecting isn't hurting anyone at least we are putting money back into the eccomony.

@ Motorthing and that heroin call. my ma hates that i collect action figures, so when i get a box of something cool off ebay and my ma finds it, she's like 'what is it…' and i say it's a gun wrapped in drugs. i think my parents would actually prefer a drug habit to my childish pursuits…

If you're going to hit the villains with anything … it might as well be a shield.
Maybe not the best selection on how they painted him… but I'm really going to be glad they made the figure. (As you can tell from the posts… most of you aren't too keen on him.) Me?? I'm really glad.!!

I'm in agreement on Guardian, for a character with great potential, his figure appears very lackluster.
